1. Main Function

XM-DZ05 Tensile Testing Machine/ Electronic Tensile Testing Machine/ 180 Degree Strength Testing Machine (500KG) is suitable for testing the stretching, compressing, bending, shearing and peeling(90 degree and 180 degree) of various materials, such as textiles, rubber, plastic, synthetic leather, tape, adhesive products, plastic film, composite materials, electronics, metal and so on. Through our machines, you can have a comprehensive judgment on the quality of your products.

This machine is a simple tensile testing machine with simple structure and convenient operation. It can be placed on the workbench for testing. The electronic control system controls the speed control motor to rotate, and then drives the T-screw to drive the load sensor to rise and fall after the speed reduction mechanical deceleration to complete the tensile or compression test of the sample. The force value is output by the sensor, feedback is on the LCD screen, and the test displacement is displayed in real time.

It can store 10 test reference point results, automatically calculate its average value, automatically grab the maximum value, and the force value at break.

The machine includes a thermal printer that automatically outputs test results. (optional)

The machine has simple and convenient operation, and is especially suitable for testing instruments for controlling the quality of products on the production line. This series of models is mainly suitable for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with a test load of less than 2000N.
