1. Main Function

This machine is used to detect the twist test of mobile phone. It adopts PLC and HMT control system. It can set the torque value to test the life of twisting. This machine meets the YD/T 1539-2006 standard. The mobile communication handset is not packaged, and the matching battery is installed. It is fixed on the twisting test machine without being turned on. The two ends are clamped by 15mm, the equivalent application is not more than 2N.m, and the torque of at least 0.5Nm is clockwise twisted and Counterclockwise twisting is performed once every time, the frequency is 15-30 times per minute, and the total distortion is 500 times. After the removal, the function, appearance and assembly test should meet the requirements of relevant standards. For the folding, sliding and rotating structure of the handheld machine, The test should be carried out in its closed state.
