Brief Introduction
Based on the original cup-type convex machine type, the EC series cup convex testing machine has integrated the experience of traditional material stamping forming machine and introduced a full digital dynamic acquisition processing system to form a new integrated platform for sheet metal forming test. The new EC platform has a mold assembly mounting interface that can accommodate a variety of sheet metal forming tests, a rapid mold assembly assembly method, high-speed data acquisition and processing, and a rich peripheral data interface. It has been applied to the following fields:
- Sheet forming properties research
- Stamping process simulation and molding process parameters research and evaluation (normal temperature and high temperature)
- Weld inspection, welding process indexing
- Evaluation and grading of lubricants

1. Can be used for experiments: ①LDR Configure the drawing die assembly: including the drawing die and the die set. The customer can remove the stretching mold assembly in one time to prevent the wrong assembly of the mold; improve the alignment mechanism of the mold to the neutral configuration sample, and ensure the concentricity of the wafer and the concave mold. ②FLD/FLC (with software) Configure the total FLC mold: including stretching molds, mold sleeves. Customers can complete the FLC mold assembly in one time to prevent incorrect assembly of the mold; improve the mold-to-neutral configuration FLC kit: including GOM-FLC to form image analysis system, host and GOM system communication interface 3 deep pull cup test configuration deep drawing Cup test assembly: including stretching molds and mold sleeves. The customer can take out the mold assembly in one time to prevent the wrong assembly of the mold; improve the shearing and returning mechanism of the neutral pairing material of the mold: automatic cutting of the wafer, automatic returning of the material, 4 standard cup convex test configuration, cup convex mold assembly : Includes cup convex mold and mold sleeve. The customer can remove the cup convex mold assembly in one time to prevent the wrong assembly of the mold; improve the neutrality of the mold.
