1. Main Function
The leakage tracking tester meets the IEC60112: 2003, UL746A, ASTM D 3638-92, DIN 53480 test standards.
The leakage tracking test is to apply a certain voltage between the platinum electrodes of the specified size (2mm × 5mm) on the surface of the solid insulating material and to drop the specified droplet volume of the contaminated liquid (0.1s% NH 4 CL) at a fixed time (30s). It is used to evaluate the resistance of the surface of solid insulating materials under the combined action of electric field and contaminated medium, and evaluate its electrical tracking index (CT1) and electrical tracking index (PT1) are determined.
