1. Technical Information:

The test box is made of aluminum alloy frame + electrolytic plate, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, anti-rust and anti-corrosion.

The top of the box body is provided with a powerful exhaust and smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, it is opened simultaneously with the air supply system, and the exhaust gas can be discharged to the outside; during the test, the system is closed.

The air supply door is provided on the rear side of the box. When the test is completed, when the exhaust system is opened, air is blown into the box, and the closing is closed during the test. (provided; the time value required to completely change the air)

The front side of the cabinet is provided with a tempered glass observation window that can be sealed during the test, which is convenient for observation and test.

Under the glass observation window, there is a hole for operating the hand and arm to the test box. The hole is provided with a sealing glove. The operator operates the burner with a sealed glove and is equipped with a pair of sealing gloves.

2. Temperature Control System:

Thermal sensor (copper conduit and thermocouple)—The conduit structure should be electrolytic copper with a very high conductivity (providing the density of the corresponding electrolytic copper). The length is 19.14±0.02mm; (supplied with a temperature-sensitive copper head without a thermocouple)

K-type thermocouple, with a 0.5mm diameter stainless steel tube for the jacket.

The intelligent PID temperature control table is matched with the K-type thermocouple. Its reading can be as large as 1000 °C.

The whole test system is: movable type, which is placed in the test box for temperature measurement. It is equipped with a set of temperature measuring devices.

Equipped with electronic stopwatch: accurate to 0.1S (standby during temperature calibration)

3. Test device:

Main fixture: test bracket and burning torch

Test bracket: made of stainless steel, divided into horizontal bracket and vertical bracket independent, namely FT1, FT2, VW-1 three specifications. The vertical bracket and the plane of the burner are parallel to the plane of the observation window for easy observation and operation.

Burning blowtorch: meet ASTM D 5025-99 requirements, standard power: vertical blowtorch is 500W, horizontal blowtorch is 225W, spouting port diameter: 0.90±0.03mm, spout lamp length: 1.60±0.05mm, spout is from air inlet height 102mm; torch angle: 90 degrees horizontally and 20 degrees vertical (the longitudinal axis is maintained in a vertical plane and produces an angle of 20° with the vertical direction)

Wedge frame: increase the wedge, the torch is required to be installed on the wedge, and can be easily moved, and can be accurately moved back to the specified position.

It is equipped with a set of scales that can measure the inner and outer flames when burning horizontally and vertically.

Equipped with a 500MM precision to 1MM steel ruler for testing.
