1. Main Function
This machine is suitable for the coatings of paints and varnishes with a sample thickness of 1.0mm or less (including single-layer and multi-layer systems), which are resistant to cracking or peeling from metal specimens when bent around a cylinder under standard conditions. For the choice of coating varieties have great reference value.
2. Main Specifications
The adjustment of the rotation adjustment bending mechanism is ≥17mm; the gap when attaching to the test shaft is ≤0.05mm
The gap between the clamping plate of the sample plate and the test shaft is ≤0.01mm
Diameter of the test shaft: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm
