1. Test Method
Horizontal Power Battery Crush Testing Machine is suitable for all kinds of battery simulations subjected to extrusion (such as compaction of garbage), according to QC/T743-2006 requirements. Before performing the extrusion test, first charge the battery according to the relevant specifications. For the single battery, the extrusion direction is perpendicular to the direction of the battery plate. The area of the extrusion head is not less than 20 square centimeters, and is extruded until the battery case ruptures or internal side becomes short circuit (battery voltage becomes 0V).
