1. Main Function

This machine is mainly used to test the safety performance of the battery when it is damaged by the outside world. It can conduct electrical test and mechanical test on the battery. This machine is exclusively launched by Xiangmin and is widely used in the research and development institutions of the Pearl River Delta, Tianjin, Zhejiang, and the United States, as well as battery manufacturers' laboratories. The main feature of this machine is the integration of requirements such as UL, EIC, UN, GB, QC, YD, etc., In the safety test space, the user performs multiple performance tests at the same time remotely to ensure the reliability of the operation.

The electrical test of this machine includes battery short circuit (normal temperature, high temperature short circuit), internal short circuit, over charge and over discharge, forced discharge test. Physical properties include extrusion (PLC control), acupuncture, heavy (impact) impact, collision, vibration, free fall, high altitude transportation and other tests. 3. Local battery acupuncture test:simulates the situation when the battery or the battery is internally short-circuited. The needling speed, pressure, and acupuncture time are adjustable, and the fixture fixes the battery.
